Healthcare recruitment agency for the UAE

Hiring in the Emirates is a licensing problem before it is a search problem, so we run DataFlow, the Prometric exam and the visa from our own office in Ajman.

ISO 9001:2000 certified · recruiting for healthcare since 2010

What hiring in the UAE actually turns on

The Gulf does not turn on finding the candidate, it turns on getting them licensed. Every emirate licenses separately, every file goes through primary source verification, and most clinical roles sit behind an exam. We have an office in Ajman that does nothing else, so the file is run locally rather than posted at the problem from another country.

The route into the UAE, in order

Each step gates the next one. We run all four rather than handing a candidate a checklist and wishing them luck.

  1. 1. Documents assembled Degree, transcript, registration and experience letters, checked against the authority the candidate is applying to before anything is submitted.
  2. 2. DataFlow verification Primary source verification goes back to the issuing university and the employer directly. It is the step that fails files, so we pre-check it.
  3. 3. Prometric exam The candidate sits the authority exam for their grade. We tell them which one, and what it actually asks, before they book it.
  4. 4. Eligibility and visa Eligibility letter, offer, employment visa, medical and Emirates ID, tracked by our Ajman desk through to the joining date.

What UAE employers brief us for

These are the roles that come up most, not the whole list. We recruit across every clinical and hospital administration family.

  • Registered nurses ICU, theatre, emergency, dialysis and paediatric nursing for hospital groups and day surgery centres
  • Specialists and GPs Specialist registration for hospital departments, general practice for clinic and polyclinic networks
  • Allied health Laboratory, radiography, physiotherapy and respiratory therapy on the same licensing route
  • Dental and clinic staff Dentists, hygienists and clinic managers for the private clinic sector

Where we place inside the UAE

  • Dubai Licensed through DHA
  • Abu Dhabi and Al Ain Licensed through DOH
  • Ajman and Sharjah Licensed through MOHAP, and where our own office sits
  • Northern Emirates Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain, MOHAP

We also place into Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain. Each has its own authority and its own exam, so ask us for that market by name rather than assuming the UAE route applies.

Send your CV and we will tell you which step of the route above you are on, what it will cost and how long it realistically takes. Before you spend anything.

  • An honest read of your eligibility, not an enrolment pitch
  • Guidance through registration, examination and documentation
  • Our placement fee is paid by the employer
  • Your CV is never sent to a hospital without your go ahead

Questions we are asked about hiring in the UAE

It depends on the emirate the post is in. DHA licenses Dubai, DOH licenses Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, and MOHAP licenses Ajman, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. A licence is issued by one authority and does not automatically carry across to another.

DataFlow is primary source verification: it goes back to the issuing university and the previous employer directly rather than accepting the candidate's copies. Files fail when a university will not respond, when an experience letter lacks the detail the authority wants, or when a name differs across documents. We pre-check all three before submitting.

Eight to sixteen weeks is typical from a signed offer to a joining date, and most of that is verification, the exam and visa processing rather than the search itself.

Yes. We place into Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain. Each has its own health authority and its own exam, so tell us the country by name and we will confirm that route rather than assume the UAE one applies.
